A vineyard whose big part of sales comes from the visitors to the winery for wine tasting events was struggling from sales drop over the winter since the number of visits to the winery significantly decreases in winter for snowy roads.  
After going through a multiple series of ideation sessions with ideas such as building a new road to the winery, running a shuttle, and so on, the team understood that giving a great experience to the customer is still the key without putting customers at risks. The team also discovered through their surveys that people hesitate to purchase wines because they do not know how to choose the right ones. The student team came up with Holiday and Special Day Gift Basket offerings with wine pairing guidelines and delivery services to give best wine experience to the customers without traveling to the winery and being confused to choose a right one.
