The students built a website that was easy to use and engaging for customers that highlighted the business’ unique offering of equine thearpy.
The business came to UpStarts looking for help with rebranding and better utilizing their website to attract potential customers. After conducting customer research, the students found that it was important for the target customers to feel comfortable in sharing their life experiences as well as have price transparency when researching services rendered. They felt the best way to help the business and serve customers was to recreate the company website. The new website is clean, concise, and utilizes images that represent the business’ brand. They also added a page were potential customers could gather information on cost and insurance compatibility with a clear way to contact the business for a personalized quote. The new website will help potential customers get a feel for the business and be more comfortable in reaching out due to transparency and website professionality.
