The students developed a system for patients to easily schedule appointments and the Couple & Family Clinic to easily organize and confirm appointments.
After exploring various methods of organizational tools, the student team created a solution by applying code to Google Forms & Google Sheets. Patients of the clinic can easily schedule therapy appointments through Google Forms. This data is then organized in Google Sheets for the Clinic to utilize maintaining patient confidentiality. This process allows the clinic to easily schedule appointments and give their patients a confirmation call within 24 hours, instead of the week it was taking prior. The solution allows for better allocation of time and energy so the Clinic can focus on helping those in need.
