As the company was fairly new, it was very important for them to increase brand awareness and exposure to potential consumers. Students learned and saw how this brand and its message appealed to many young adults. They developed a strategy using social media to appeal to new customers and increase brand awareness. This involved figuring out marketing tactics applicable to social media and developing content consistent with the brand. By creating regular posts, with engaging and personal content, and proper hashtags the students increased the brand’s social media presence.
